DAY 1:
12.00: Check in
Lunch. Coffee at the "Pulpería" (old term for grocery store).
Tour round the facilities.
Snacks. Afternoon at leisure: TV room/ video/ reading/ internet/ spa
Dinner.
Star gazing (subject to weather conditions)
DAY 2:
7.00: Breakfast
Beginning of the horse ride
You will have time to participate in some of the daily rural activities. Horse ride through native woods. "Criollo" lunch by the stream followed by an afternoon ride up to the dairy farm.
12.00. "Criollo" lunch (Creole)
Tour around the dairy farm.
17.00: Snacks: tasting of home made products.
20.00: Dinner. Local dishes.
